Hello & welcome to Noah! I changed the order of your photos so that peolpe could see what you're referring to but as Scott says, it's probably best to delete the pixelated one. Your Cacti looks like an Opuntia (or Prickly Pear) species. It also looks VERY thirsty.
So my pics are not the only blurry ones.
Your first photo is super-pixelated. You should remove or replace it. Thanks
