White, chalky bush with small, yellow flowers.

Habitat:

Along trail at Daley Ranch. This is native to California and can be seen at nearly all our elevations.

I just looked on Google Images, and there are many different forms of wild mustard, depending on location.
Could it be wild mustard? The flowers look convincingly similar.
