i think is a dentlion,but i wrong myself one time and this time i'll wait for someone confirmation:-)
there are some andropods in the plant,that i'll amplified later to make another spott

A catsear (cat's ear AKA Flatweed ) or dandelion should not normally have leaflets on the flower stem. http://bushcapital.org.au/forum/index.php?topic=618.0 I think this is a sow thistle. http://healthyhomegardening.com/Plant.php?pid=360
