Field Notes

Description:

Medium sized fly with metallic flecks on thorax, pale green under abdomen, interesting pale blue halteres.

Habitat:

The tiny flowers of a local kunzea species have just appeared and are drawing the attention of many flying insects. In a local nature reserve.

Notes:
