This snake has a strong venom enough to kill small mammals, bites to human however could inflect much pain and severe swelling but not enough to kill. This is a second favorite pet snake in our place next to python because of its beautiful color.

Looks like its from the genus Boiga...There are lots of species though, not sure which one this would belong to...
thanks AnnvanWijgerden, Sachin Zaveri a doctor once says, black and yellow kills a fellow this should be a venomous one
