Hmm, is it a bad day for bayucca's suggestion?? Sergio, do you have any resource for Phoroncidia? I did not find any reasonable match nor information about the genus.
I nevertheless think it is a Micrathena sp., but I must admit asymmetrical spikes are not usual (as I have seen Micrathena). Why not a malformation? You can see there also some color irregularity.
