Description:

Coleoptera, family Tenebrionidae, no more than 2 cm in length. As other Tenebrionidae members, they have a rugosity in the helitrons.

Habitat:

They are typically found in sandy areas, near the seashore, with dunes in the eastern coast of Buenos Aires province.
