Description:
A very small ( about 5 mm) long hopper nymph. Body mostly brown with throax and wing buds a bluish-grey. The entire body had pale specks. Fore legs showed stiff spiky hairs as did the last abdominal segment.
Habitat:
Spotted on a dry leaf of a eucalyptus sapling.
Notes:
Not the usual colour nor did it have the stiff brush of waxy crystalline hairs arising from the rear end.
I need to research further for an ID but would appreciate help. thanks.
