Description:

This white-tailed deer was blending in perfectly to the grasses in the meadow of the Marshlands Conservancy as it was foraging. I was amused when I saw it scratching its ear with its hind hoof just like a cat!

Uncomfortable, but at the same time very curios. Nice shots. Great sequence. Thanks for sharing.
Actually no. The deer in the area are used to seeing humans, so they don't automatically bolt when you get close. By inching forward and freezing when it looked up, I was able to get close enough to take these shots
