confirming...it's a Sedum (unfortunately there are really a lot)
This is a Sedum... I cannot for the life of me figure out which one though!! haha.. the closest I get is the 'Blue Spruce' Sedum, but the leaves look more like fat needles of a pine than the flat ones in your picture! : (
