Description:

Also known as Panda Clownfish, Panda Skunkfish, Panda Anemonefish, Black Saddleback Clownfish, Black Saddleback Anemonefish, Black Saddleback Skunkfish, Brown Saddleback Clownfish.

Color varies from place to place. They feed on zooplankton and algae, and grow to a length of about 13cm.

Habitat:

Found in pairs or family groups in silty / muddy lagoons or harbors, usually well away from reefs. They are commonly associated with Haddon's Anemone (Stichodactyla haddoni). Widespread in the Asia-Pacific region.

Notes:

Spotted at a depth of about 35 feet, at Dayang Beach dive site, Talikud Is., Philippines.
