Great Blue Heron

There's a creek not far from my house and lately I get to see a lot of water birds. Herons, egrets, cormorant, geese and lots of ducks. They are letting me get closer each time to take their pictures. In the last picture, you can see that the creek runs close to a golf course. That's where this guy decided he'd had enough of the paparazzi for the day.
