thank you Gretel, It was about to take flight when it just spotted a cray fish. After that he had quite a feast!
Thnx Sachin. It was about 2 ft away from me. It was more interested in eating. Didn't care about me.i think it was planning to take off. Then he spotted some food so he walked off in the water instead.

Intermediate Egret is way out of range. Definite Great Egret here. Cool shot!
Egret possible Great White (Egretta alba) or the smaller Yellow-billed (Egretta intermedia). Can you give us an indication of size, what about the colour of the complete leg and foot.
