Description:

Totally not sure what this could possibly be, Egg mass?
Found it under a leaf, yellow mass around 2.5 cm
What is interesting is that it has a pinkish wiry stuff growing on top of it, like a wire mesh as a crown.
Only when reviewing the pictures when at home that I noticed a few tiny fly inside the yellow mass - in Pic #1, it is the tiny brown dots near the base of the yellow mass.

Thanks, @Scott, will move it to Arthropod. And yes, still couldn't find out what the pinkish crown is.

Albert, I have no idea what the crown might be if indeed it is more than just a specific difference for this particular ... spider nest? The yellow part looks very much like this http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6224972 and not as much like this http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7235216 . In any event if is from an Arthropod so should be moved to that category (from "other"). Cheers

Thanks, @magazhu and yes, its likely the nest of some Spider, possibly Gasteracantha. I'm curious though what that pinkish crown is :D
