Field Notes

Description:

An epiphytic orchid that has 2 leaves coming out of every psuedobulb. At the end of the dry season it will start to grow flower shoots that have white flowers with purple stripes on the top petal. At times the flowers give off a nice smell.

Habitat:

I have it growing in a fairly sunny location that is only shaded in the afternoon and it seems to do very well there.
