There are two different species here, Red-bellied Woodpecker (Melanerpes carolinus) in the first two, and Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (Sphyrapicus varius) in the last three. I suggest splitting the two series into two different spottings.
the Last Tree picture is : Ladder-backed Woodpecker
I think that the last three pictures could be sap sucker, based on their contour.
I think no red under the chin makes this a female. Some good pictures here: http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Yellow-bellied_sapsucker/id/ac
nutalls are smaller than robins and bigger than phoebes.
This is more than one species on a single spotting. The first few pictures look right for Red-bellied woodpecker. I think the last few pictures are Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.
