Description:

Palpopleura portia, the Portia Widow, is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae.

A beautiful blue dragonfly with an unusual pattern in black on the wings.

Habitat:

Seen by Lake Victoria in the Entebbe Botanical Gardens
