Looks suggestive of Brown-lined Looper (Neoalcis californiaria) but the internet pictures always show wavy-edged forewings while your picture doesn't. Hopefully someone else can comment on this too. http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=6435
