Habitat:

Herons live in freshwater and saltwater habitats.

Notes:

This Great Blue Heron likes to hang out in my backyard and in the water behind my house. There is also a white Heron and a smaller one that looks similar to this Heron.

If you check range maps, you will see that the grey heron is not found in North America. The similar looking Great Blue Heron is what we have in the US.
