Description:

Beautiful white duck with gray and tan markings. Gorgeous, unusual. One of a kind in the many ducks on the canal.

Habitat:

Lehighton Canal, Lehighton, PA

Definitely a mutt duck. I suspect he has Ancona and Khaki Campbell in him.

Carol,Liam helped me identify tons and tons of hybrids.Waterfowls are exciting. Melanie captured a picture of Hybridization in process and it is very much a reality! and the combos are breathtaking and beautiful.

Thanks! I was thinking along those lines. Almost all the ducks were male and female mallards along with I thought another white duck or two, but not these beautiful markings. :) I am so excited about taking waterfowl photos now.
