Description:

With the remarkable feature of having huge beak with a black spot at the tip. Its plumage is black, highlighting the chat and the white rump, beyond the red-stained Crisso. It is also highlights the bare skin area of orange color around the eyes and blue eyelids. The yellow-orange beak of cancellous bone, which measures about 20 centimeters, is hard and sharp, being used as a clamp to capture food.

Habitat:

It occurs mainly in the Southeast and Midwest of Brazil.
