Size about 2 mm,web look like double,Looks like made a web on top and down while the small spider was in between.

That's a lovely looking web although most of it is damaged. KitchilPus, the whole thing (yellow and green ) in the middle of the web is one spider - the small part to the right is the head & thorax(cephalothorax) and the larger triangular bit is the spider's abdomen. Will look for an ID.
