Description:
The color looks like it is either whitish-green or a light blue. It often grows on sticks. In the this case, it was not found on a stick. It looks like there are two parts to it, some are open and some are stringy.
Habitat:
Lots of trees, some bushes, lots of moss, next to a park with a grass lawn and a man-made pond, and bordered by houses.
Notes:
Maybe this just grows with water and doesn't need dirt to survive because of how it is found by itself on the ground, not rooted.
