Field Notes

Habitat:

Marbled Velvet Geckos are confined to spinifex and shrub covered stoney hills in central Australia.

Notes:

I saw this little fellow in the Information Centre at the South Australian Museum. There are a number of live animals kept in the Information Centre and there is a great permanent exhibit on Biodiversity of South Australia. Well worth a visit! www.samuseum.sa.gov.au
