Field Notes

Description:

A small attractive red-orange moth with fine cream patterns. Wing span about 20 mm. Re-curved labial palps and long thin antennae.

Habitat:

Spotted under bright lights - suburban garden.

Found in all eastern states and South Australia.

Notes:

Caterpillars of this species feed on a variety of Eucalyptus leaves. <br>
