Field Notes

Description:

1 cm wingspan 1.1 to 1.2 mm at the thickest portion of the body. It has two shades of coloration and darting flight motion.

Habitat:

Partly shaded area, forest margins.

Notes:

.This insect stays motionless most of the time unless disturbed. I dont know the hostplant nor the early stages of this insect and this is the first time I've seen it.
