Here at Massabesic Middle school, our goal is to identify everything on campus. One day my team and I went outside to identify some lichen. It was a cold and windy day, it was 0 degrees Celsius, and wind speed was it was 45 kilometers per hour We found a 2 lichen , I believe the one I was assigned to is FLAVOPARMELIA Caperata. I believe this is it because it looked hard, and crusty. It was also yellowish, and Greenish mixed together. I found it on a tree.
