Hello Donn. Thanks for this wonderful shot of a really stunning mycoheterotrophic (fungal parasite) orchid! Gordon's right on Corallorhiza, my money would be on a form of C.maculata.
This is one of the coralroot orchids in the genus Corallorhiza. To narrow your ID search, you might want to start at http://plants.usda.gov/java/ClassificationServlet?source=profile&symbol=CORAL5&display=63. I'd be curious as to what you might find.
