it is a woody perennial herb, with evergreen foliage and white, pink, purple or blue flowers, belonging to the Lamiaceae family, native to the Mediterranean region.

Habitat:

Rosemary is a common plant species throughout the Mediterranean basin.

It has been used since ancient times in traditional medicine, thanks to the multiple properties that have been historically attributed to it. Of all, its external applications are the most popular. However, the interest that this aromatic plant arouses today lies in the powerful antioxidant effect of some of its components.
