Field Notes
Description:
Longhorn of about 2.5cm length. Bright orange with black legs and antennae, and a black patch at the tip of the elytra. Perhaps a wasp mimic? Or just aposematic colouration?
Habitat:
Found after rain, in area with mainly farmland interspersed with patches of rainforest in the Atherton Tablelands.
