I vote palm warbler. Your right though, ashley thats a weird eyestripe.
I really want to call this a palm warbler, but the eye stripe goes so far back and it's throwing me off. I'm sure someone else will come along and be of more help :) The long eyestripe almost makes me want to call it a waterthrush, but they shouldn't have a yellow butt like yours does. I really think palm warbler, just a little hesitant so I won't suggest it :)
