Description:

I found this dead thing next to my lizards cage... WHAT IS THAT!!!! It's freaking me out because it has claws and looks like it once had a stinger like a scorpion. Someone help!

Habitat:

Florida, inside my house

Notes:

Claws, lobster face, 4 front legs, ??? Back legs, looks like once had a scorpion tail, found IN MY HOME

Did you happen to have hermit crabs? This is a dead hermit crab, outside it's shell

Markings and shell doesn't match. Unless this is a real young one because Coconut Crabs get really big. To me it looks more like a Hermit Crab without it's shell
