Field Notes

Description:

Black upper body with white polka dots, dark blue middle, and a red end. Appears to be a type of bee collecting pollen off my shallot flowers.

Habitat:

Tropical climates also in Southeastern USA.

Notes:

Is actually a moth only pretends to be a wasp to keep from being bothered.
