Check also Gymnopilus penetrans, http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8495314 Galerina marginata should have a ring under the cap and ochre-yellowish colored gills, but the ID key is the ring
Can either of you suggest an ID for these (they look similar to this spotting) http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8634899 http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8634889
what do you think of "flammulina sp." ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&safe=off&q=flammulina&psj=1&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=1357l5653l0l6031l14l14l2l2l2l0l332l2197l0.4.5.1l10l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1194&bih=688&wrapid=tlif132855990083310&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=NTcwT4HyGc6o8QOvqLmaDw ), but i agree, galerina has similiar features. I just find this spotting to fleshy for galerina.
