Description:

Also known as Clark's Clown, Clark's Anemonefish, Fish Clown, Chocolate Clownfish and Chocolate Anemonefish. Colors vary from place to place. They feed on zooplankton and algae, and grow to a length of about 14cm.

This is the only anemonefish known to live with all types of host anemones.

Habitat:

Found in pairs or family groups in most reef habitats, living with a sea anemone, at depths of 1 to 60m. Widespread in the Indo-Pacific region.

Notes:

Spotted this at a depth of about 40 feet. The fish here is seen with the bulb-tentacle sea anemone (Entacmea quadricolor).
