Description:

Amaranthus cruentus is a tall annual herb topped with clusters of dark pink flowers. The plant can grow up to 2 m (6 ft) in height, and blooms in summer to fall. It has now naturalized in most states.

Emma, Rajgira plants are so beautiful but not sure about usage as decoration plant, , , but it will definitely increases beauty of any Garden if go with your suggestion,
Is this also used as an ornamental plant in gardens? These colors are very rich.
The seeds are white, they can also popped like popcorn, ground into flour,
Isn't Rajgira white in color? Is it the seeds?

Emma Rajgira powder uses in many Indian dish, specially in fast, I like Rajgira Shira (sweet dish).
