Description:

A very small insect that looked like a green fly. It had this strange white tail - like "hair" and a transparent shell.
unfortunately it flew away before I could take a better picture of it.

Hi Daniel. These creatures are nymphs of a type of hopper. The tails are usually made of uric acid crystals. This one looks like it's getting its wings. Good spotting.
