You're welcome. This one is new to me too! I started with the Victoria as well but noticed that there was also a Western and a Southern Crowned Pigeon. All very similar!

Definitely a Western Crowned Pigeon. Sonja, can you please read our FAQs section before posting further pictures. We require all zoo and aviary pictures to be identified as such in the habitat field as they are not our primary goal which is monitoring wildlife living in the wild. Thank you for your understanding.
The Western or Blue Crowned Pigeon does not have the white tips on the crest like G. victoria.
