Thanks for the nice compliment! Give me some moths or even butterflies from Colombia or Ecuador and I am sure that I would have difficulties to ID these ones. There are ton of still undetected and unreported creatures from the rainforest!
Very tricky one! It is either a Geometridae, Sterrhinae, Smicropus sp. or Notodontidae, Dioptinae, Erbessa sp. or even a completely different family. You need an open wing shot and probably the native specimen to get closer. I wouldn't dare to get closer than: A beautiful yellow/black moth.
