I find these guys all time time when I'm digging for worms.

Habitat:

In moist dirt.

Oh ok, I think you're right :) Thanks so much for your input :)
It looks more like a worm to me, I don't think it is a slug., It is not an earthworm. I think it is some kind Planaria (flatworm) or of Nematode (roundworm) many are parasites, best not to handle it.
