Description:
One of our dune shrubs coming up after the fire. This is truly an amazing plant, growing up to 2 meters it actually falls under the Mint Family, which makes sens once you rub the leaves, they are incredibly aromatic.
It is fairly fast growing and extremely attractive to wildlife, especially insects and birds as the flowers contain a lot of sweet nectar which attracts bees and moths, and acts as an essential food supply for sun-birds, particularly when Proteas are not flowering.
