Description:

The white-eared honeyeater (Lichenostomus leucotis) is an Australian bird found in south-east Australia, south-west Australia and into the south-west of Queensland.

It is a medium-sized honeyeater with a strong bill. It is olive-green above with lighter green underparts. It has a black face with a distinctive white patch over the ear.

Habitat:

Urban garden in Gippsland, Australia
