Description:

I found this little patch of fungi growing on a hunk of dead log.

Habitat:

Growing on a log by the river at Reed College, Portland OR.

Notes:

The fungus was white and stuck out of the log like neat little shelves. It had already covered one side of the log and was beginning to creep toward the other side.
