Field Notes

Description:

Small enough to fit in a shirt pocket and too cute for words!

Resemble gizmo a little from gremlins!

Habitat:

Amazon jungle

Notes:

That's not my shirt pocket, it's the ranger's pocket! It's on an island called 'la isla de los micos' (monkey island) in colombia. Many monkeys have been moved to the island to preserve their populations from the perils of the mainland. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the specific breed of monkey of these little ones.

Titis are very common of the Amzonas and also Colombia and Venezuela Jungles. There is many varieties of them.Is consider the smallest monkeys in the planet.
