Hmmm... looking at the first link I have the faint suspicion that it is actually Cyanopepla jucunda, which is "quite" common.

Arctiidae, Cyanoplepla sp., but probably not (??) C. jucunda, which looks very close but have some longer red stripes. http://www.mundobutterfly.com.ar/Ge_jucunda.html
