Trygonopteridae, Trygonopterinae, probably Systella sp. and looks like it might be nymph of Systella dusmeti. I must agree, it is a little bit risky for a suggestion...Note the dark femurs and dark areas in yours and Systella dusmeti.
Maybe Chun can help us more, he knows Sabah wildlife quite well. All these dead-leaf katydid/grasshoppers might be very variable in color and markings. I add just a few examples to illustrate:
