You have a great fly collection! Thank you for joining the Flies! mission :) This one is interesting. I'm no fly expert, just a fan but this may be two mating Robber flies and the bottom one was actually eating its prey. Just a guess!

I'm not 100% sure they're black soldier flies, but this might give you a lead?
They appear to be breeding - nice spotting - though I can't ID them for you
