Not Pantala flavescens. This is I believe one of the Dashers (Micrathyria sp.) from the little of the side I see, I think it is either the Three-striped (Micrathyria didyma) see here http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/133611853 or the Thornbush (Micrathyria hagenii) http://bugguide.net/node/view/27010/bgimage
