Field Notes

Description:

Two moths found within inches of each other. Tan base color with darker banding. Dark brown marks along the front margin of forewing. Some darker speckling.

Habitat:

Temperate forest edge bordering a trail/mowed grass field area. Gardiner County Park, New York.
