Saturata looks quite fine, but it is not found in Colombia. I do not know how much or if this caterpillar will change its appearence during lifetime. Are the tiny spikes staying like this or are there some color changings, i. e. some whitish spikes of the same size on the head or tail region or are there any longer spikes (yellowish/whitish ones) at the head or tail region? So, probably you won't get closer than Leucanella sp.
To me looks like a Leucanella saturata (Saturniidae), but as bayucca said is hard to be sure about it, anyway here's a link, so you can compare:

Most probably a Saturniidae moth, might be a Leucanella sp., but I am not sure, since there are several species with such black color and yellowish spikes, even a Nymphalidae, Colobura dirce, which shows some similarity. But this is a moth caterpillar.
